Western Medical Care, Inc. is a company that specializes in the licensing, development and distribution of new medical technologies for a variety of applications - specifically in telemedicine and electronic health records management.

We are based in Lexington, South Carolina which is a 15 minute drive from the capitol city of Columbia.

Scott J. Echerer, BSME, MBA - President. 16 years of experience in senior business management, software and high-tech product development.

Teresa D. Echerer, BSBA - Vice President. 12 years of experience in medical business management and operations.

Charles F. Hicks, BSBA - Director. 35 years of experience in business management and product development.

Rural Telemedicine Cooperative, Inc.. - Our non-profit subsidiary specializes in adapting these technologies for use by rural, indigent and American Indian healthcare applications.
